A Motherly Love Living Facility (AMLLF, AMLLF II) has residential group homes located in Jacksonville, Florida and Orange Park, FL. AMLLF provides 24/7 supports and services in a family-like atmosphere to individuals with intellectual
and developmental disabilities. About Us
About Us
Founded in 2015, AMLLF is family owned and operated by four mothers raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Collectively, we have over 25 years of work experience in the medical field and over 20 years of experience providing compassionate care and overseeing the well being of others.
Both AMLLF facilities are located in a residential neighborhood setting and offers a family-like atmosphere. We provide
personalized assistance, tailored to the individual needs of our residents, to assist with obtaining the skills needed for self sufficiency.
Services
Services
Residential Habilitation
Supervision and skills training in a live-in residential setting that assist with acquiring, maintaining or improving skills related to activities of daily living.
Companion Care
Supervision and socialization activities provided on a one-on-one basis which may also include services such as laundry, light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping and medication reminders based on individual need.
Transportation
Transporting residents to day programs and physician office visits.
Personal Supports
One-on-one assistance with self care activities of daily living.
Respite Care
Supportive care and supervision for family
members/guardians of individuals with disabilities needing a temporary relief or are unable to provide care due to a planned or emergency absence.
Nursing Care Services
Private nursing care provided by our Licensed Practical Nurse.

AMLLF is conveniently located on the west side of Jacksonville, in a quiet neighborhood just off of I295 & Collins
Road, making us easily accessible from any side of town. Our home is situated in a cul-de-sac, which enhances our
residents' safety by eliminating through traffic and promoting neighborly interactions and camaraderie. We are also
in close proximity to an abundance of restaurants, parks, shopping and movie theaters so that our residents can

AMLLF II
AMLLF II is located in Clay County, just off of Kingsley and Doctors Lake. The home is located in a very quiet, and
extremely charming neighborhood. Like our first location, this home is also in close proximity to an abundance of
restaurants, parks, shopping and movie theaters. Please take a look at some pictures of our second location.
